• View pictures from the September 27 apple contest at West Windsor Plainsboro’s Village Elementary School  here. Thanks to all the folks who attended to make Golden Delicious come out the winner ahead of Red Delicious and Macintosh! 
  

• Thanks to Jersey City Public School #17 for a fantastic cooking contest featuring sweet potato salad, pasta pesto and blueberry crumble. Judges consisted of “culinary ambassadors” (pictured at left) who tasted all three recipes and voted for their favorite.
