Ms. Ledda’s Foods Class took one of the Jersey Fresh Recipes and created this great Jersey Fresh Cranberry Waldorf Salad. That’s how they celebrated New Jersey Farm to School Week. Ms. Ledda’s focus of the week was on using fresh New Jersey produce because it is so close that we are guaranteed freshness after picking.

Throughout the month of October, EHS will be featuring an unusual vegetable in the cafeteria using produce grown and harvested right here in the Garden State. Spend a Saturday picking apples, cranberries, arugula, or cauliflower.
