BEETS Harvesting very good quality product in fair volume. Tops will be hurt by frost first. Available thru Thanksgiving.
CABBAGE Harvesting very good quality products in fair to decreasing volume. Can tolerate some frost. Available thru Thanksgiving.
CILANTRO Finishing up.
COLLARDS/KALE Harvesting very good quality and fair to decreasing volume. Can tolerate some frost. Available thru Thanksgiving.
Dandelions Good quality San Pasquale variety available in fair to decreasing volume.
EGGPLANT Finishing up.
ESCAROLE & ENDIVE Harvesting excellent quality products in fair to decreasing volume. Can tolerate a bit of frost.
Leeks Harvesting a fair volume of good quality product.
LETTUCES Finishing up.
PARSLEY Harvesting a light to decreasing volume of very good quality curly and plain product.
PEPPERS Finishing up.
RADISHES Harvesting very good quality in fair volume.

SQUASH Fair volume of good quality hard squashes like acorn and butternut harvested, curing, and in storage through Thanksgiving.
